In the heart of the pandemic, founder of Mumbai to MAINE, LLC,  Cherie Scott, a Mumbai native anchored in Maine, launched her signature collection of gourmet Indian simmer sauces: Makhani, Saag, Caldine, and Korma.

Inspired by her family’s heritage recipes, these regional Indian simmer sauces are masterfully crafted in small batches and simmered for hours with an infusion of freshly roasted and ground spice blends. Available nationwide online and across specialty stores in New England.
