Cardoz Legacy LLC celebrates the food, flavor, and fun of India's culinary heritage.
Cardoz Legacy was founded by trained chef and culinary entrepreneur, Barkha Cardoz, after the 2020 death of her husband—the renowned chef Floyd Cardoz. Throughout his decades-long, global career, Floyd transformed how chefs and diners experience Indian cuisine. Today, his impact shines through his cookbooks, philanthropic initiatives, and a string of eclectic and colorful Indian restaurants from Hunger Inc. Hospitality.
The Cardoz Legacy team offers the same generous, chef-driven guidance to home cooks. Through friendly, accessible recipes and a growing line of vibrant, versatile masalas, Barkha teaches cooks of all levels to combine fresh ingredients, a bold spice pantry, and a lot of love into warm and welcoming dishes. Her forthcoming cookbook and collection of soon-to-debut projects continue to carry the Cardoz family's mission forward.
“Our mission is to bring the joy and flavors of Indian cooking to your home kitchen. Preparing meals for friends and family has always been how I shower them with love, and I hope our masalas and recipes do the same for you.” — Barkha Cardoz
