Vindaloo Masala Marinade
Summer means grilling for the Cardoz family. This easy & fiery meat marinade celebrates the best of times with those you love—and the gift of delicious food made with love.

INGREDIENTS:
8 chicken thighs (or 2.5-3 lbs of your favorite protein)
2-3 Tbsp of FC Vindaloo Masala (depending on your preferred heat level!)
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp salt
4 Tbsp neutral cooking oil
1 tsp CBG infused cooking oil
DIRECTIONS:
Whisk all ingredients together, then use to fully coat your chicken or other meat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes and up to 12 hours before grilling + feasting!
